Our Purpose

The Next Level Academy was founded for one purpose: To help marketing students everywhere close the widening gap between what they must learn for the job and what they were being taught. The problem and impact was too big for us to ignore: (1) So much human potential is wasted because too many graduates are taught the wrong things by the wrong people, and they miss out all the benefits of a marketing career. (2) So much productivity is lost because employers have little choice but to bear the burden of additional time and cost on recruiting, training, and managing employees to make up for their skill gap.

We envision a future where The Next Level Academy will be the Number 1 choice in the world for training and development because we are a marketplace of skills and talent development for both professionals and employers, with the range of training topics and options wide enough to be your lifelong career partner.

Our Values

Our four values guide everything we do, every decision or policy we make, every product or service we design, and every market we enter. If it doesn't sit right with us, we simply won't do it.

  1. We value training and development over ‘education’, just as we value application more than theory. This is why we hire trainers who can ‘walk the talk’ and share their experience having ‘been there, done that’.
